iBasement™ Battery Backup Systems
Battery Backup Sump Pump Systems
Battery backup sump pumps play a crucial role in keeping your basement dry and preventing costly water damage. These systems step into action when your primary sump pump fails, often due to power outages during heavy storms – just when you need it the most. This is important because basements are particularly vulnerable to flooding during such weather conditions. A battery backup sump pump also provides additional pumping capacity during periods of excessive rain, ensuring that your basement can handle the added water volume. With a battery backup sump pump, you get an extra layer of protection and peace of mind, knowing that your home is safeguarded against potential basement flooding.
